Baidu AI Cloud (Ningbo) Cloud Smart Base Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Finals Held

On September 12, the 2020 Baidu AI Cloud (Ningbo) Cloud Smart Base Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Finals and Baidu AI Cloud ABC Innovation Summit Forum were held in Ningbo. On the same day, the 2020 Baidu AI Cloud ABC Innovation Summit Forum with the theme of "AI empowering digital economy" was also held, and the awarding ceremony of "Ningbo Big Data Industrial Park" was held at the same time.
The competition was jointly guided by the China Electronics Society, CEIBS Venture Capital Camp, Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Ningbo Big Data Bureau, Ningbo Municipal Party Committee Cyberspace Office and Ningbo Free Trade Zone, hosted by Baidu AI Cloud, and undertaken by Baidu AI Cloud (Ningbo) Cloud Smart Base and Cloud Smart (Ningbo) Big Data Industry Operation Service Co., Ltd.

This competition focuses on the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and other fields, selects a number of high-quality projects with strong innovation ability and industrialization prospects, integrates talents, technology, capital, market and other innovative and entrepreneurial elements, and helps Baidu AI Cloud (Ningbo) Cloud Smart Base become an important new economic innovation platform in Ningbo and even the Yangtze River Delta.
Previously, 30 projects that stood out from regional competitions in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen showcased their respective characteristics in this competition, accepting questions and comments from judges. The expert jury comprehensively considered and rated all projects from multiple aspects such as industry prospects, business models, product competitiveness, operational status, core teams, and project feasibility.
After a day of evaluation and selection by the competition's judging experts, the top ten projects of this competition were born. The "AI STAR" project won the Baidu Fusion Award; The "Litong Communication" project won the "Team Steed" award; The "Portable Underwater Intelligent Vehicle" project won the Mode Innovation Award; The "Fiber Optic Sensing, Intelligent Listening" project has won the "Rapid Development" award; The "Siling Robot" project won the Technology Innovation Award in this competition. Five projects, including "High precision Positioning Perception Network", "Future Map AI Risk Control Decision", "Precision Diagnosis Technology", "Curve Intelligence", and "Yulian Technology", won the Excellence Award in this competition. At the end of the conference, the award ceremony for the top 10 projects of the competition and on-site signing of high-quality projects were also held. It is understood that some of the signed projects will officially settle in the Baidu Yunzhi Ningbo Big Data Industry Base.
